Acustica Vecchini has forty years of experience in the field of hearing aids and deafness and pays particular attention to technological innovation.
The company needed fully customised management software.
The project
To build the new management software we tackled four questions: how to structure the data, how to migrate it from the previous system, how to create software that met the client's needs and how to manage permissions at a granular level.
The management software
The result is fully customised management software. For each patient it holds all tests with their history, sales records, accessories and earpieces, accounting data and the ULSS (local health authority) record. Alongside patient data, it collects the data needed for the warehouse, with tables, charts and search filters.
Each administrator user has specific permissions and data access limits, defined user by user.
