Evolution of the ticketing platform for the Italian multinational company

The client

Turboden is a world leader in the construction and production of innovative turbine systems that generate energy from renewable sources.

Objective

The company has developed an internal tool that automates the taking charge of plant faults and speeds up their resolution, rationalising the resources used in operations.

 

Our aim was to support the customer in completing the platform.

The solution

We worked on the ticketing platform for fault management and on advanced time and expense reporting features.

We also continue our bug fixing and code evolution activities.
